“While visiting a small museum in Weesp I discovered a collection of 18th handmade porcelain. I pressed my nose against to glass cases to have a closer look at the meticulously painted flowers on the porcelain. I could see beautiful tulips, roses, pansies, cornflowers, daffodils and many other varieties. As I studied them I noticed no two flowers were the same”. This bouquet of flowers is inspired by paintings on 18th century Dutch porcelain. In 2017 the bouquet was first presented at Masterly – the dutch in Milano during the Salone de Mobile.
